Customs, Duties & Import Charges: For international deliveries, packages may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, or local government handling fees upon arrival in your country. 3. Transit Delays & Disclaimers

Because our inventory consists primarily of imported products, items are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery timelines provided at checkout and estimates are not guaranteed.
Carrier & Customs Delays: GVSFS is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Once a package has been dispatched, delivery speed is governed entirely by international logistics partners, customs clearance processes, and local courier services. Weather events, global transit disruptions, or customs holds are beyond our control.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines & Address

If a return or replacement is approved in accordance with our Return Policy, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics.

Requirements for Returns:

Sealed Packaging: The item must remain sealed, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging.
Package Labeling: You must clearly include the Original Order Number, Original Shipment Tracking Number, and Return Tracking Number on or inside the returned package.
